Our team based in Chicago provides these services in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin. Our team based in Pittsburgh provides these services in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Our Team
Ray Shinkle is an Illinois Broker who has been in real estate acquisition and zoning for ten years. Ray played a major role in the launching of two networks and has worked with T-Mobile, Sprint & Verizon in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Indiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois.
Ray founded Insite in 2000 and built it up to be a key team member in the successful build out of T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon’s markets. Insite has grown to be one of the leaders in the industry and the preferred consultant for wireless carriers in the Midwest.
Michael Howley is an attorney who specializes in zoning and land use with
respect to wireless telecommunications facilities.
Over the last six years Mike has represented wireless
providers, individuals, tower companies and
governmental entities in all facets of site
development,lease negotiation, permitting and zoning.
In addition, Mike currently is the Mayor
of the city of Hickory Hills, Illinois, a southwest
suburb of Chicago. This experience gives Mike a truly
unique perspective about the siting of antenna
facilities and lease negotiation.
Mike is a 1990 graduate of the Illinois Institute of
Technology in Chicago where he also achieved Academic
All-American status in baseball. In 1993 Howley
earned his law degree from the University of Illinois
College of Law in Champaign-Urbana.
